Issue Summary
In the aftermath of "Officer Down," Robin finds himself at the end of his rope and out of contact with Batman. As Tim's personal life begins to unravel, Batman enlists the aid of Spoiler to track his wayward sidekick down - with ramifications that will be felt for many months to come.
