Sixteen celebrities face challenges from the playbook of the Special Forces selection process.

The recruits face an emergency escape drill; tensions rise as the recruits confront each other.

The celebrity recruits must have trust in each other and in their leaders in order to survive; each recruit must rely on another to break their fall from a skyscraping cliff.

The remaining celebrity recruits reach the halfway point in their 10-day journey, and the tasks are only getting harder; the recruits face a skyscraping tactical repel and a high-pressure simulation that puts one recruit over the edge.

The celebrity recruits learn a valuable lesson in using fear to inform and help, rather than allowing it to overpower their thoughts; a pole crossing challenge and a fire run.

The DS test the remaining recruits with a chemical warfare challenge; celebrity contestants reveal their personal stories that led them to signing up for the show.

The recruits find themselves back in the water with one of the most physically challenging tests thus far; as the group forms a deep emotional bond with one another, one recruit has a shocking exit.

The final group of remaining recruits attempt to go behind enemy lines without being captured, and face tough lessons of survival, leadership and how to decipher a map.

The last remaining recruits face their final phase -- enduring the mental duress of enemy interrogation.
